A: The health and wellbeing of our residents is our priority. Our sites have the following measures in place:
- All staff (unless exempt) will wear masks during any face-to-face interactions including viewings.
- Hand sanitiser and wipe stations are located through our buildings, including entrance areas and amenity spaces.
- All amenity and high-traffic areas are subject to a monthly anti-microbial fogging treatment in addition to the daily cleaning regime.
- There is signage throughout to remind residents of the measures in place.
- All our buildings have Covid risk assessments in place, and these are regularly reviewed by the management team in line with changes in government guidance.
- In buildings where we have 24-hour service, we offer a parcel drop-off and waste collection service to residents who are self-isolating.A: Yes, all our communal and amenity spaces are open. We have also kept hand-sanitiser stations in place for all residents.
A: Absolutely. These can be booked online via our website anytime, by email or by phone, whatever works for you. We also offer virtual viewings if you'd prefer.
A: There are no Covid restrictions in place for moving in. However, if you are coming from another country, please check the government website for any self-isolation requirements prior to travelling or agreeing move-in dates.
