A: Everyone is welcome. But you do need to be over 18 and have a legal right to rent in the UK

A: To keep things running smoothly, we’ve partnered with Rent Profile and taken the process online. It’s secure and helps us turn around booking in less than five days – so long as referencing checks out. You just need to pay your move in monies and e-sign those all-important documents.
A: Yes, subject to the type pet you have. We may charge slightly more rent for those wanting to keep a pet in their apartment and the consent is subject to certain conditions.
A: Some of our sites do have car parking available for rent so please do ask us when you are making your enquiry and we will confirm availability and monthly rent.
A: A number of our sites have storage lockers available which residents can rent out and use to store all those extra belongings. Again, please do ask us when you are making your enquiry and we will confirm availability
A: Your rent account, can be access via our resident portal. This will show you any outstanding rent charges and will give you the option to pay off the amount online using your card. Alternatively you can also pay your rent via a bank transfer or phone.
A: Nearly all our sites have staff based in the building, some will also have a 24-hour service. Our site-based staff are there to make sure your living experience is the best it can be. If you have any leasing queries, want to report a maintenance issue or have a chat, pop down to our office and our teams will be more than happy to help.
