A: You can book a viewing via our website, or simply email/ call a member of our team. They’ll be around throughout the week and certain times over the weekend. Or register your interest and we’ll be in touch.
A: Why not? You’ll just need a UK-based guarantor or a few months’ rent in advance. The UK’s Right to Rent policy means we’ll need to meet you in person and tick a few boxes before you move in. We can also give you a virtual viewing from the comfort of your own home and you can have a virtual chat with our site staff as well. Feel free to get in touch for more information.
A: Our tenancies range from six months all the way to five years.
A: We can do virtual or in-person viewings, whatever suits you. Most of our sites also offer evening and weekend viewings.
A: You can do this online via our website or one of our team can send you a reservation link via email. Both will require you to complete a simple form with some key details and pay the holding payment equivalent to 1 weeks rent. Our team are also happy to go through this with you on site should you decide to take the apartment following the viewing.

When booking with us, you can expect an easy to use and simple web-based process that will include referencing, paying initial monies and e-signing all those important documents.
A: Alternatively, customers have the choice to sign up to Reposit, it’s a one-off and non-refundable fee payable to Reposit, equivalent to 1 weeks rent. Please be warned that all fees are not refunded at the end of the tenancy, and any damages or outstanding rent is still the responsibility of the customer to settle.
A: Once all the checks are complete, the referencing company will generate a detailed report, including a 'pass' or 'fail' result, that is sent to the landlord. The tenant will also receive communication to let them know whether they have passed or failed their reference.
